TOBY McEACHERN is the grandson of Cranston McEachern and has
worked for the firm alongside his father, managing partner David
McEachern, for almost one decade.
In 2005 Toby moved into the property law department, headed by partner
Bernie McGowan, when he took on the role of conveyancing manager.
Toby has a vast knowledge of property law matters, having been the firm's
staff member solely responsible for attending to in-house stamping, titles
office lodgements and outside settlements for over eight years.
In his conveyancing practice, Toby handles both residential and
commercial building / property conveyances. He also handles
conveyancing -related matters such as the purchase and sale of
businesses and assisting in the drafting of documentation such as
leases and bills of sale.
