KRISTIN UNWIN joined our firm five years ago in 2002 and began her
articles of clerkship while completing her dual law / arts degrees part
time.  

In 2003, Kristin practiced under Peter Deed and handled criminal
compensation claims, general litigation and criminal law matters.

In 2004, Kristin moved to the commercial division of the firm where she
dealt with matters such as commercial litigation, insolvency
proceedings and finance and securities law.

Kristin most enjoys files that involve negotiation, research, trial work and
mediation.  Kristin's files are now largely concentrated in commercial
litigation but practices also in the areas of industrial relations,
anti-discrimination, and miscellaneous private client matters such as
intellectual property, estates, CCT disputes and minor debt claims.
